Years ago, I was asked this question, along with a few others… What is a coach? What can a coach do for you?
If you’re curious, keep reading…
When I was a health and wellness coach with a multi-level marketing company, I thought it was all about making the sale and then guiding people. Boy, was I wrong!
Now, when I think about a coach, I think about the practitioners in the world that help others with their goals. It’s not just about health and wellness. A coach really is there to guide you while you’re on your journey. They can be your support system, a friend, an ally, a confidant. They help you navigate the murky waters of the world, learn along the way and take real action in your life.
Although you might consider me a virtual assistant, part of the services I provide to my clients is coaching. They might not realize that’s happening, but it is. It’s what I consider my secret sauce. I have degrees in psychology and business management. That means I have a lot of knowledge and expertise that can help my clients work with theirs. But I will be the first to say, I am not an expert. This is because I am continuously learning so I can provide the best value for my clients. I’m not replacing your mastermind or business mentor, but I can supplement the services they provide you.
At this point, you might be thinking “Do I really need a coach?”. And the answer can be, no. But if you need some guidance on your journey toward entrepreneurship, let’s schedule a chat. I offer free one-on-one calls to help answer those burning questions and guide you toward the right path. I can even help you stay accountable through the consulting services I offer.
The truth is, my journey toward becoming a coach started long before I was with that company. It started when I realized I had a want to help people become their best self. I love what I do and would love the chance to help you on your journey.
