Real system transformation takes time. The first month is all about onboarding and identifying quick wins. Months 2 and 3 are where the lasting improvements are made. Anything shorter and we’re just putting out fires instead of building something sustainable.
What if I only need help with one system?
That’s totally fine! I can focus primarily on one system, but I’ll still monitor your other tools to catch integration issues and spot optimization opportunities.
Can I pause the service if I need to?
After your initial 90 days, yes, we can take a pause our work together. Although I do recommend that you continue the work, so you keep everything active and your systems don’t regress.
What happens if I want to cancel?
After your initial 90-day commitment, you can choose to discontinue receiving services. I’ll provide a transition document so you can continue the work.
How is this different from hiring a VA?
Virtual assistants typically handle tasks you assign. I’ll proactively manage your entire systems ecosystem, make strategic recommendations, and continuously optimize. Think of it as a partnership, where you’ll have a fractional COO for your backend.
